The days go by and the Ultimate board, little by little, announces names of athletes who will represent Brazil in the next edition of the UFC Sao Paulo, which takes place on November 16th. The youngest person scheduled to step up to the Octagon in the capital of São Paulo is the Minas Gerais native Warlley alves. The athlete will exchange forces with Randy Brown on the card that will be headed by Ronaldo Jacare. The information was released by 'Combate' and confirmed by Ultimate.

Coming off a good career victory, Warlley alves will seek, against Randy, to amend his second positive result in a row after beating his compatriot Serginho Moraes in valid combat for the UFC 237, which took place in May, in Rio de Janeiro.
The Minas Gerais native from Governador Valadares became known to the Brazilian public after becoming one of the winners of the third edition of TUF (The Ultimate Fighter) Brazil. On that occasion, in 2014, the athlete exchanged forces in the final against Márcio Lyoto and emerged victorious with a guillotine choke.
Against Brown, Alves will complete his 17th career fight and reach the mark of 11 fights within the Ultimate. In total, the athlete won 14 times and was defeated on only three occasions. The last one, in August last year, when he was knocked out by the American James Krause.
Warlley's opponent, Randy will arrive in Brazil in order to try, like Alves, for his second consecutive victory. The athlete is coming off a triumph over Bryan Barbarena, in a fight that took place in June this year, and, like the Tupiniquim, aims for bigger leaps within the welterweight category (up to 77kg.), currently dominated by Kamaru Usman.
A new victory could put the Brazilian close to finally entering the category ranking. It is worth remembering that the last defeat of Usman's new title challenger happened precisely to Alves.
