After finishing Mike Perry at UFC Denver, Donald Cerrone posted on his social network that he was waiting Conor McGregor for a confrontation. In an interview with the North American website TMZ, the organization's president Dana White denied that the fight between 'Cowboy' and the Irishman was being negotiated.

White assured that McGregor's future will be planned only after the Nevada Athletic Commission hearing on December 10th. The committee will judge Conor's responsibilities, Khabib Nurmagomedov and others involved in the confusion at UFC 229. This way, the council will be able to determine the fighters' punishments.
“This is Cerrone’s dream fight. But it won't happen. We are awaiting the Nevada Athletic Commission hearing on December 10th, when the incidents will be announced in Las Vegas. Until then, we won’t think about anything, because we need to have concrete facts about the availability of not only Conor, but also Khabib,” White explained.
