With the defeats of the Brazilians, Glover Teixeira e Mauritius Shogun for Corey anderson e Anthony Smith, respectively, at UFC Hamburg, on Sunday the fighters lost positions in the light heavyweight rankings. The list of Ultimate athletes was updated on Wednesday (25).

The biggest fall was Glover who was dominated in the co-main event by Anderson in three rounds and lost by unanimous decision. From third place he went to eighth place in the light heavyweight rankings, his opponent moved up three places and is now in sixth place.
In the main fight, Mauricio Shogun He was knocked out in the first round by Smith, which caused the Brazilian to interrupt his three-fight winning streak. With that, Rua moved to 11th place and his opponent is now ninth.
