With the expected fight between Wanderlei Silva e Chael Sonnen as the main attraction of the program, the sixth episode of TUF Brasil 13 was aired in the early hours of this Sunday (3). The technicians exchanged punches before the fight's weigh-in, including aggression from the back of one of Wand's assistants, and provoked the biggest confusion of this edition. In the valid fight for the reality show, Rick Monster finished Cabo Job and guaranteed his presence among the heavyweight semi-finalists. With the result, the yellow team. scored 4-0 against Sonnen's team.
The program
The sixth episode of TUF Brasil 3 started in an unusual way. With the right to choose the next fight, Wanderlei was not in the gym at the scheduled time. With the delay, Hortência, assistant coach of Sonnen's team, complained about the delay and even mentioned that in basketball the opponent's delay would be considered a WO.
After Wand's arrival, Chael stated that the Brazilian was drunk. “He stank like a drunk. His night must have been long,” said the American. Silva, on the other hand, justified the episode by claiming that he had a health problem that morning. “I had to go to the doctor, then there was traffic in São Paulo and I ended up being late”, but Sonnen did not accept his rival's justification. “Wanderlei invented the doctor's excuse, then went into traffic. But he smelled of alcohol”, he provoked.
After the moment of tension, Wand selected Rick Monster to represent your team, while Cabo Job was chosen by Sonnen's team. The clash was valid for the second place in the heavyweight semi-finals.
In preparation for the fight, the team Wanderlei Silva had an additional stimulus. Invited by Fábio Gurgel, the yellow team's jiu-jitsu coach, Gabi Garcia taught the team's ground training. She, who was eight times world jiu-jitsu champion, showed some of her knowledge to the athletes.
The fight between Wanderlei and Sonnen
The most anticipated moment of TUF Brasil 3 happened before the fight between Rick and Cabo Job. At the weigh-in between the heavyweights, Wanderlei began to provoke Sonnen. “The day is coming, I’m going to punch you.” “It’s already marked and there’s no point in running away,” he said. The North American didn't seem to mind the provocations and at times mocked Wand's aggressiveness. “You said that our fight is scheduled. When will it be. I really do not know".
The discussion continued with the following dialogue. Wanderlei Silva: I hope you don't get hurt. Don't hurt your hand, don't hurt your butt. You will never forget what I will do to you. I'm going to hurt you a lot. You will see.
Chael Sonnen: But can we talk now?
Wanderlei Silva: Say what?
Chael Sonnen: Sometimes I want to say “hello”…
Wanderlei Silva: I don't want to say “hello” to you. Why? Do you want to be my friend? F… I don't want to be your friend. I will hurt you. I do not like you. I don't want to like you and I don't want to be your friend. Son of a bitch…
The atmosphere got hotter when Silva pushed Chael, who retaliated. "You can not do that". At this moment the Brazilian pushed once again and Sonnen responded, raising his guard to fight. Before Wanderlei attempted an attack, he was quickly taken down and team members tried to separate him, except André Dida, who attacked the North American from behind.
After a few moments of tension, the athletes were separated and the American was informed of Dida's aggression. “It was Dida who attacked you,” said Pezão, the green team’s jiu-jitsu coach. “Who is Dida,” asked Sonnen.

The fight
As soon as the fight started, Rick closed the distance, punched Cabo Job and overthrew his rival. On top he started to work on top and score points. Despite Job sweeping and staying on top, he ended up getting caught in a tight armbar and forced him to give up. After the fight, Cabo reported that he fractured his finger at the beginning of the fight and was unable to strike his rival when he managed to get on top in the ground fight.
As a result, Rick Monster joins Antonio Shoe Guy as second semi-finalist among heavyweights. While among the middleweights Wagnão Gomes e Ricardo Demente, both from the Wanderlei Silva, are already classified.

In the next episode of TUF Brasil 3, Dana White, president of the UFC, promises to take action over the fight in this edition and expels a member of the program – due to the edition, it seems, André Dida – “I think you should be arrested”, said Dana White.
