“What I really wanted for this year, 2020, was to have the chance to fight for the belt again. Be with the Weili Zhang or with Joana (Jędrzejczyk). Having this chance again and showing that everything that happened was a mistake, that in fact I could have done more, but, at the time, her hand (Zhang) came in first than mine and I ended up losing the belt. But I want to show people that I will be a champion who will keep the belt”, said the woman from Paraná.

For 2020 to be perfect, there would have to be this title fight, even if it's at the end of the year. I hope I can have two, three fights this year so I can fight for this belt. I’ll wait,” he concluded.
