The North Americans Chael Sonnen and Jason Miller fought an intense battle this Tuesday, but outside the Octagon. UFC fighters exchanged provocations on Twitter.
The discussion began when Sonnen criticized the excess testosterone found in the drug test of alistair overeem. Ironically, Miller didn't let it go unnoticed and recalled that Chael was also caught with the same substance in his fight against Anderson Silva, in 2010, at UFC 117.
“Chael criticizing someone for their testing level is like me making fun of someone else’s haircut,” posted Miller, known for his exotic locks.
Not to be outdone, Sonnen hit back at his compatriot. “Due to my time constraints, I am confining my Twitter wars to only active and relevant fighters. Buy a t-shirt on your way out.”
After Sonnen's counterattack, Miller continued the attack: “Don't worry, you're one beat away from obscurity. I would be happy to hit her on the head – that is if she is not in some corner of Rio”, wrote Jason.
