The North Americans Tyron woodley e Robbie Lawler will have a long-awaited rematch at UFC Minnesota, an event scheduled for June 29th, in the USA. The information was released by the channel 'ESPN'. In the first clash between them, held at UFC 201, in 2016, Woodley knocked out his compatriot and became the welterweight division champion.

The meeting between the two fighters could mark the beginning of a new phase, as both are coming off defeats in their last fights.
Tyron is trying to return to the top of the division after recently losing his belt in a defeat to Kamaru Usman, at UFC 235, in March this year. In the fight, the 'Chosen One', as he is known, had his game completely nullified by the Nigerian, who won by unanimous decision from the judges, breaking the American's unbeaten run of seven fights in a row.
Lawler, on the other hand, is trying to establish himself in the division again. After losing the belt, Robbie fought three times, winning only once, in 2017, when he faced Donald Cerrone at UFC 214. In his last battle, Robbie was submitted in the first round by Ben Askren, also at UFC 235.
