In a weekend full of events in Brazil, the Jungle Fight held, this Saturday (31), at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera, in São Paulo, the 37th edition of the event. The fight program featured two title fights, with the champions defending their reigns in the organization. In the lightweight category, Adriano Martins defeated Jimmy Donahue by technical knockout in the first round. In the light heavyweight division, Kleber Orgulho defeated Aldo Sultão, also by technical knockout.
In the main fight of the night, Adriano Martins didn't give the American Jimmy Donahue a chance. With just over a minute, the man from Manaus closed the distance and delivered a powerful blow to Donahue, who suffered a knockdown. Without wasting time, Adriano continued the punishment on the ground until the referee interrupted the dispute.
In turn, Kleber Orgulho had more difficulties against Aldo Sultão. The champion started the fight with a takedown, but Aldo used a guillotine choke and put Pride in trouble. Kleber was brave, got out of the attack and threw numerous punches at the challenger, which made the referee stop the fight and give the Bahian the victory.
