Jon Jones added another victory to his account this Saturday (02). In the main fight of UFC 235, the light heavyweight champion had no difficulty in dominating Anthony Smith for five rounds and won the fight with a unanimous decision from the judges (48-44, 48-44, 48-44).

In the duel, Jones abused stomps, elbows and some plastic blows against a cornered challenger, who offered little risk. The only moment in which 'Bones' victory was threatened occurred at the end of the fourth round, when he applied an illegal knee to Anthony. The referee interrupted the dispute, deducted two points from his count and threatened to disqualify the fighter in case of a repeat offense.
