According to the article, before the article, Dana weighed 217 pounds (98kg), but in 4 weeks of her training and carbohydrate-rich eating cycles, White lost more than 20 pounds, finishing the cycle at 196 pounds or 88kg
“I'm happy that Mens Fitness came along with me. I need a reason to work out. I've been boxing all my life, so I find myself getting bored with it (boxing) sometimes,” said Dana White
