Bellator's popular heavyweight GP reaches its grand final this Saturday (26). To reach the decision, the finalists had to go through two previous rounds. Fedor defeated Frank mir in the quarterfinals and Chael Sonnen, semi-final. On the other hand, Bader went over King mo Lawal and Matt Mitrione. The Russian arrives at the decision with a record of 38 wins and just five losses. His opponent, on the other hand, steps into the cage with a history of 26 victories and also five defeats.

“I expect a very short fight, I don't believe this fight will go beyond the first round. Bader is a very explosive guy, he goes head on, he's a very strong fighter. However, he has a very vulnerable chin. Fedor is no longer the same as before, so I believe that the American can stand out right from the start and finish the fight in the first round”, highlighted narrator Eder Reis, remembering a possible duel between Ryan bader e Lyoto Machida.

“If Bader wins, he will become heavyweight champion and, in the light heavyweight category, too. If this happens, it is possible to think of a fight between the Brazilian and him. After his first victory in Bellator, when he defeated Raphael Carvalho, Machida still has no fight scheduled for 2019. If Bader wins this weekend, the expectation is that there will be a reunion between the two, remembering that Lyoto won the fight against the American in 2012, when the two were still fighting for the UFC” , he stated.
