The new Ultimate belt will be awarded to the first champion of 2019 at UFC Brooklyn. The flyweight champion will be the first fighter to receive the belt called 'Legacy'. The images of the award were released this Friday (18) through the organization's social networks.

The design of the new belt has the franchise logo polished in gold, details that refer to the organization's 25 years and 25 diamond stones. The belt will also be adapted for each champion and will have the name and colors of the country of origin.
The UFC placed eight flags on the belt that correspond to the first countries that won the franchise title: the United States, England, the Netherlands, Canada, Brazil, Ireland, Poland and Belarus.
The belt weighs 4,7kg and will receive a small red stone on a plate located on the right side of each champion who defends the title.
