The California State Athletic Commission released the list of medical suspensions for UFC 232, which took place on December 29 in Los Angeles (USA). Among the 12 athletes who will stay away from the octagon is Chris Cyborg. The Paraná native was knocked out by Amanda nunes 51 seconds into the co-main event. With that, she received a 45-day hairpin.

Five fighters took the maximum hook of the 180-day event: Walt Harris, Andrei Arlovski, Douglas D'Silva, Curtis Millender and Siyar Bahadurzada. They can return to fight in July this year, or earlier if they are medically cleared.

Siyar Bahadurzada: suspended for 180 days, or must be released by a doctor due to a possible fracture of the jaw and left knee;
Ilir Latifi: suspended for 60 days, or must be released by a doctor due to left eyelid laceration;
Alexander Volkanovsky: suspended for 60 days, or must be released by a doctor due to left eyebrow laceration;
Alexander Gustafssson: suspended for 45 days, and 30 days without contact due to knockout;
Chris Cyborg: suspended for 45 days, and 30 days without contact due to knockout;
Chad Mendes: suspended for 45 days, and 30 days without contact due to technical knockout;
Zingano cat: suspended for 45 days, and 30 days without contact due to technical knockout; mandatory seven-day suspension due to eye injury;
Bevon Lewis: suspended for 45 days, and 30 days without contact due to knockout.
