Confidence, that's the watchword for fighter Ronny Markes, who this Wednesday (14), faces American Aaron Simpson at UFC on Fuel. With a strategy outlined, the Brazilian does not hide his optimism to achieve his second victory in the organization.
“The strategy was very well done and, with it, there is no way to lose this fight. We carried out a very strong, very complete preparation, which did not disappoint any other academy, neither in Brazil nor in the world”, stated Ronny Markes.
This will be Ronny Markes' first fight on the UFC main card and at middleweight, the same as the champion Anderson Silva. “After I made my UFC debut (against Karlos Vemola), I spoke with André Pederneiras, my manager, and Jair Lourenço, my master, and we decided to change categories, because at middleweight I would face fighters closer to my size”, explained the Brazilian .
