On the eve of Carnival, the UFC arrives in the city of Omaha, this Wednesday, to hold the first edition of UFC on Fuel. The fight program features as its main attraction the duel between welterweights Jake ellenberger e Diego Sanchez, where the winner could be the first challenger for the interim belt Carlos Condit.
Furthermore, the show features three Brazilians in action. On the preliminary card, Bernardo “Trekko” will make his debut in the organization against Tim means, and Vagner Rocha faces Jonathan Brookins. On the main card, Ronny Markes is looking for his second UFC victory against Aaron Simpson.
“I'm going to have a good fight, without leaving it in the hands of the referees. I hope it ends with a submission or knockout. I'm sure it will be a fight”, said Ronny, who praised his opponent. “Aaron is a guy who fights forward and I’m not going to go backwards either. I hope it’s the fight of the night”, added the Brazilian.
