The war between the teams Khabib Nurmagomedov e Conor McGregor is far from coming to an end. After the Russian's submission victory over the Irishman at UFC 229, held last Saturday (06), in Las Vegas (USA), it was the turn of Ali Abdelaziz, the UFC lightweight champion's manager, to attack Conor. In an interview with the American website “USA Today”, the controversial businessman spared no criticism of McGregor, who he assured did not have the slightest respect for.

“You can't bite a dog and not expect to be bitten. You can't play with fire and not expect to be burned. This man, Conor McGregor, not a good guy. I have no respect for Conor McGregor. Your team, your entire team, zero (respect). These guys demand respect, but you earn respect. How are you going to gain respect when you talk crazy things about people’s families, religion, countries?”, declared Ali.

When asked about Nurmagomedov's attitude, who jumped over the Octagon railing, right after the fight, to attack Dillon Danis, McGregor's jiu-jitsu coach, Abdelaziz did not take the blame away from the Russian. However, he made a point of highlighting that the UFC and Conor himself had a great influence on the confusion.

“Let's be realistic. The UFC promoted this fight with videos. They didn't promote it like going to a golf tournament. They promoted this as a fight”, he concluded.
