Freire recently defeated Daniel weichel in a featherweight title rematch last month at Bellator 203. The Brazilian champion is looking forward to a showdown with the Conor McGregor, SBG Ireland. The native of Rio Grande do Norte comes from two consecutive victories over Weichel and Daniel Straus when he won the category belt.
Sanchez has won his last four fights over Marcos Loro Galvão, Georgi Karakhanyan, fellow former champion Daniel Straus and Sam Sicília. In his last confrontation, 'El Matador' beat the American in April at Bellator 198. He hasn't lost since July 2016 when he was beaten by Daniel weichel at Bellator 159.
