After making peace with the victory over Jeremy Stephens at UFC Calgary, held this Saturday (28), in Canada, the Brazilian still left the show with a full wallet. The 'People's Champion' received the 'Performance of the Night' bonus and earned US$50, around R$186 at current prices.

In addition to Aldo, the person who also pocketed the same amount for 'Performance of the Night' was Dustin poirier. The American, protagonist of the night's main fight, knocked out former lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez in the first round and also took home US$50.

The 'Fight of the Night' award went to the battle between John makdessi and Ross Pearson, where each of the lightweights received a bonus of US$50. In a 15-minute battle, Makdessi prevailed in the judges' unanimous decision.
