The businessman believes that Whittaker's broken hand in the clash with Romero should be healed by November. “Rob is the middleweight champion and his last two fights were wars. So if his hand heals as quickly as we hope, we would definitely get him to compete in the biggest fighting arena in the world. AND Chris Weidman, like the former champion, would be a perfect rival for this fight,” said Day.
