50 Cent signs $1 million deal with Bellator

The organization reportedly signed the contract to use the slogan 'Get the Strap' in a clothing line

Curtis James Jackson III, better known as 50 Cent has teamed up with Bellator MMA President Scott Coker in recent months to promote the events. After provocations with Quinton Rampage Jackson, everyone believes that he will step up to the organization's cage soon. Anyone who follows 'Fity50' on social media knows that all his posts end with his slogan 'Get the Strap'. On Wednesday (27) the rapper posted on his Instagram that he signed a one million contract with Bellator for his 'catchphrase'.

“I made a deal today. I sold ('Get the Strap') for a million dollars to Viacom's Bellator. So you'll see her in some cool outfits soon. See how I make something out of nothing. LOL,” said 50 Cent.

In the contract, Bellator purchased the use of the slogan 'Get the Strap' to be used by a clothing line that will be launched by the organization.

The rapper also commented on Bellator's new digital distribution agreement with Viacom. He hopes to be part of the contract by promoting pre and post event programming. “Bellator signed a 9-figure contract yesterday! What it means … DAZN deal = shoulder programming with [50 Cent]. ‘Get the Strap,'” he stated.

Bellator has not yet officially commented on the agreement with the American rapper.
