Bodão does his training in the United States and has already watched his opponent's fights. “I noticed that he accepts and likes the striking, he comes forward. I hope he comes with this game because it's a game that I'm playing a lot, training a lot to perform there. I'm training with some really good heavyweights, Ray Sefo, Roy Nelson. There's a very good, very sharp crowd and I'm feeling very calm, very comfortable. It’s going to work,” said the Brazilian on the Combate channel website.

Race for the million

After five years in activity, the World Series of Fighting (WSOF) was sold, underwent changes and is now called the Professional Fighters League. The League with the new format will have a prize of 10 million dollars to be divided between seven weight categories, with one million guaranteed for the winner of each category.

According to former WSOF president and PFL president, Ray Sefo, “there are thousands of professional fighters, but in the history of the sport, only a handful of them have had the chance to fight for 1 million dollars”.
