Dana White tried to hide it, but the giant is back in the UFC. The former heavyweight champion, Brock Lesnar is close to leaving WWE and signing a new contract with Ultimate. The information was confirmed by the franchise president himself during the UFC Tonight program, on FOX Sports in the USA.

Lesnar has a short MMA career with five wins, three losses and one no contest (No Contest). But with the fame gained in WWE, he was a pay-per-view hit from his first fight. He debuted in the UFC in 2008 and won the franchise belt the same year, when he beat Randy Couture at UFC 91 in November. The fighter suffered a serious problem with diverticulitis in 2010 and announced his retirement from MMA in 2011. The giant returned to the octagon at the historic UFC 200, in July 2016, and won Mark Hunt. However, as Brock was caught doping, the triumph was reverted to 'No Contest'
