The Potiguar Jussier formiga He is finally close to competing for the UFC flyweight belt. On Saturday night (10), the Brazilian submitted the North American Ben Nguyen with a beautiful rear naked choke (watch below), scored his second consecutive victory and challenged the champion Demetrious Johnson. The fight
Formiga started the fight ready to score his second consecutive victory in the Octagon. From the first movements, the Brazilian avoided the North American's pressure game. Nguyen quickly closed the distance and took the fight to the clinch on the cage. But the Brazilian, in one of his rival's attacks, managed to take him down and put 'Ben 10' on his back on the ground. On top, the potiguar quickly reached the 100kg position, up to mount. Nguyen tried to get free, but Formiga remained solid in his position until the end of the partial.
At the beginning of the second round, Formiga frustrated the American in his first attack. When Nguyen tried to cut it short, the Brazilian attacked with an upper body and knocked his rival off balance.
