Leo Santos leaves BAMMA belt fight

Brazilian fighter complained about the event's lack of professionalism

The Brazilian Leo Santos was scheduled to compete for the lightweight belt at the British BAMMA event, a show that would be held in London, England. But the Nova União athlete, who would face local Rob Sinclair, is out of the show, complaining about the lack of professionalism on the part of the organizers.

With the problem at the last minute, BAMMA promoters were quick and have already announced the British fighter's new opponent: fellow Brazilian Diego Vital will have the opportunity to fight for the 70 kg belt on the show. In seven fights in his career, Vital suffered only one defeat, in his only fight at BAMMA, in February this year, against Tim Newman. In his last performance, Diego submitted Omar Santana at Elite Tournament 1, a show held on August 13th, in Spain.
