O ufc austin, which will take place on February 18th next year in the Texan city, had its first fight made official this Friday (10th). Through its Spanish profile on Twitter, Ultimate announced the agreement between Brandon Moreno and Ray Borg, in a flyweight duel. The fight will take place between big names in the category, as Borg is currently number three in the division's rankings, while Moreno occupies seventh place.

North American Ray Borg is coming off a defeat to Demetrious Johnson, at UFC 216. Dominated during the fight, Borg ended up submitted in the fifth round by a combination of takedown and armbar that made Johnson break the record for title defenses (11 so far) which was held by Anderson Silva. Before the defeat to the current flyweight champion, Borg had won two in a row, against Jussier formiga e Louis Smolka.

Still, he got a chance in the UFC and didn't disappoint, winning his first three fights, against Louis Smolka, Ryan Benoit and Dustin Ortiz, before losing his first duel in Ultimate in his debut in main fights: he was defeated by Sergio Pettis in the UFC Mexico August this year.
