In the midst of preparing to face Fabricio Werdum at UFC 216, the heavyweight Derrick Lewis took time to do a good deed. Hurricane Harvey wreaked havoc in Houston, located in the state of Texas (USA), where the fighter lives. Aware of the chaos the city is experiencing, the fighter took to the streets by car to help the victims of the storm.

Through his social networks, Lewis recorded moments when he helped people who were in trouble. In one of the videos posted, it is noted that two men, who were also trying to help some children there, were also almost swept away by the current.
Lewis, 32, is coming off a recent defeat to Mark Hunt, last June, by knockout. The setback broke the fighter's streak of six victories, five of which were by knockout. In total, there are nine positive results and three negative results in the organization. He has already surpassed names like Travis Browne, Gabriel Napao, Roy Nelson and Guto Inocente.
