Brave announced last Saturday that it will return to Brazil in August for its eighth event, the second in the country. Like Brave 3, in March this year, the host city will be Curitiba and the show will take place on August 12th. In the main fight, the Brazilian Klidson Abreu will attempt to capture the company's light heavyweight title against undefeated German Timo Feucht.

A representative of the Evolution Thai academy, Klidson has one win in Brave, when he submitted Russian Artur Guseinov at Brave 4, in Abu Dhabi, and has 10 wins and two defeats in his professional record. Feucht will make his debut at the event in August and has six wins in six fights in his career.

Brave 8 will also have another title fight, in the welterweight category. Lebanese Mohammad Fakhreddine faces Englishman Carl Booth in the second most important fight of the night. Fakhreddine has two knockout wins in Brave, while Booth has one victory and one unsuccessful fight.

In addition to returning to Brazil, Brave also announced its first event in Mexico. On July 29th, the company will go to Tijuana and will have, in the main fight, a rematch between two former Mexican representatives from TUF América Latina: Alejandro “Pato” Martínez will face Fabian “El Aniquilador” Quintanar. The two faced each other on TUF Latin America 3, with “Pato” winning – the duel won the “Fight of the Season” award.
