the boxer Tyson Fury commented on his expectations for the superfight between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather and surprised by betting his chips on the Irishman. What's more: the former world heavyweight champion believes that “The Notorious” will erase the undefeated North American in just 35 seconds. The bold bet was made by Fury during an interview with iFL TV.

“I really think that Conor McGregor will knock out Floyd Mayweather second, just like he did against José Aldo. I think Conor ends the fight in the first round, and will do it in the first 35 seconds. It would be great for the sport if McGregor knocked him out. It would be great for “normal” people. Come on, McGregor!”, shouted Fury, without hiding his support for the Irishman, admitting however that Floyd could frustrate Conor.
“I see the fight going another way, possibly, which is Floyd being slightly better and frustrating McGregor and making him do something crazy. This worries me a little,” he declared.
Like Mayweather, the Englishman never lost in professional boxing, but he was stripped of the heavyweight title, won in a surprising victory over Waldimir Klitschko at the end of 2015, after refusing to defend the belt and for having been caught in an anti-doping test, carried out in February of that year, before the duel against the Ukrainian.
