The UFC Auckland card, scheduled for June 10th in New Zealand, is starting to take shape. After confirmation that the heavyweights Derrick Lewis e Mark Hunt will be the main fight of the event, it was announced that the duel between Derek Brunson and Dan Kelly, valid in the middleweight category (up to 84kg), is also confirmed for the show. The information was given first-hand by the website 'Flocombat (USA).

Brunson, 33 years old, is coming off two setbacks in a row. The North American was beaten by Robert whittaker with a technical knockout, in Melbourne, Australia, in November 2016, and overcome by Anderson Silva at UFC 208, in February this year. Before, he had five consecutive victories in the organization. In total, there are seven positive and three negative results in Ultimate.
Kelly, in turn, is going through the best moment of his career, with four consecutive victories, the last of which over Rashad evans at UFC 209, March 4th. At 39 years old, he has already beaten names like Antonio Shoe Guy and Chris Camozzi, and has six wins and just one defeat in the company.
