the fight between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather is getting closer to being implemented. This Monday, the North American website “FloCombat” found that the T-Mobile Arena, the Las Vegas stadium that has become the home of the UFC since it opened in July last year, has reserved June 10th for a possible duel between the two combat sports stars.

This does not mean, however, that the fight has already been officially scheduled, but it is yet another indication that the fight could happen. Recently, Floyd Mayweather, who had retired in 2015, declared that he returned to training and came out of retirement especially looking for a fight against McGregor.
Interestingly, there is already an Ultimate event scheduled for June 10th, in New Zealand. But the time difference guarantees that the two shows will not clash in time, as UFC Auckland would be held on Saturday morning (10), in the United States, and could serve as an “appetizer” for the event between the lightweight champion of the UFC and the former owner of belts in several categories in boxing.
If it happens, the duel will be fought under boxing rules, with McGregor making his debut in the noble art against the undefeated Mayweather, who has 49 victories in the same number of fights.
