Serginho Moraes faces Max Griffin at UFC Fortaleza, in March

Another fight has been added to the UFC Fortaleza card, an event that will take place on March 11th. This is a duel between Serginho Moraes e Max griffin, valid for the welterweight category (up to 77kg). The information was released on the organization's official website.

TUF Brasil 1 finalist, Serginho, 34 years old, is undefeated since 2012, when he was defeated by Cezar Mutant in the final of the reality show. Since then, there have been six fights in the organization, with five wins and one draw. His most recent performance was in UFC Sao Paulo, in November 2016, when he beat Zak Ottow in a split decision from the judges.

Griffin, in turn, has less experience than the Brazilian when it comes to Ultimate. At 31 years old, the North American made his debut for the company in August last year, when he was knocked out by Colby covington, but bounced back by knocking out Erick Montano three months later in November.

UFC Fortaleza is headlined by a middleweight duel between the former light heavyweight champion Vitor belfort and the promise Kelvin Gastelum. Other prominent names in Brazilian MMA in the UFC will also fight at the event, cases of Mauritius Shogun (handle Gian Villante), Edson Barboza (faces Beneil Dariush), Bethe Correia (fight against Marion Reneau) and Jussier formiga (duels with Ray Borg).
