Alex Cowboy has a rematch against Tim Means at UFC Fortaleza, in March

Another fight has been added to the UFC Fortaleza card, an event that will take place on March 11th. Brazilian Alex Oliveira “Cowboy” will have a rematch against Tim means, in a duel valid for the welterweight division (up to 77kg). The information is from the website 'Combate.com'.

The two fighters faced each other for the first time at UFC 207, on December 30, 2016, in Las Vegas. On that occasion, the American landed illegal knees on the Brazilian, who was unable to return to the fight. Therefore, the fight was declared a No Contest (fight without result).

At 28 years old, 'Cowboy' has been in Ultimate for almost two years (he debuted in March 2015), but has already had eight fights in the organization: five wins, two losses and one no contest. Before the first confrontation with Tim, he had won two victories: beating James Moontasri by judges' decision and knocking out Will Brooks, both in 2016.

Means, 32 years old, has 13 fights in the UFC, with eight positive results, four negative results and one fight with no result. Like Alex, he also had two wins in a row – knocking out John Howard and Sabah Homasi. The 'Dirty Bird', as he is known, can be considered a Brazilian executioner: there were four Brazilians defeated by him in Ultimate.
