Current number six in the UFC women's bantamweight rankings, Cat Zíngano still doesn't have a date set for her return to the Octagon, but the North American's training has been at a heavy pace. Through a social network, the fighter recorded a video in which she appears receiving kicks from a 'giant' training partner in her gym. According to the post's caption, the technique serves to improve the body's physical condition.

“Old school body conditioning. Going back to when I was a beginner, Kyokushin Karate way. No pain, no learning,” Cat wrote.

For obvious reasons, the kicks were not applied with all the strength of Zíngaro's training partner, but it is possible to notice that the pace gradually increases.
