The new UFC bantamweight champion, cody garbrandt, is already planning higher flights than its division. The American reiterated that he would like to face the current owner of the featherweight belt, José Aldo. The motivation, according to “No Love”, would be the fact that the Brazilian had won Chad Mendes (twice) and Urijah faber, his friends and teammates on Team Alpha Male.

"José Aldo I have some victories over my teammates. He's good, he's a legend, I wanted to test his chin. I know he's a good striker, but I'm fast, powerful and a better fighter. It would be a good fight. Mixing cocks and feathers, I'm young enough to climb, but whatever. He still has some good years left, but I want to face him at his best, not when he's old,” Garbrandt commented to the North American website Fox Sports.
