The heavy weight Mark Hunt remains irritated with Ultimate. After losing to Brock Lesnar at UFC 200, in July 2016, and saw his tormentor being caught in anti-doping tests carried out by USADA (Nevada Athletic Commission), the New Zealander began demanding that the company punish Lesnar more rigorously, demanding that Lesnar receive a million dollar fine.

Without an agreement, the fighter decided to sue the UFC and his rival, demanding compensation worth US$2,5 million (around R$8 million), an amount corresponding to the full value of the purse that Lesnar received at the event.
“I'm suing Lesnar and the UFC to get his full purse. Cheaters don't deserve to keep anything. This is corruption! These guys must be severely punished. Playing dirty, cheating, that's the only way he was heavyweight champion. He didn't win by playing fair. Before the fight, I already thought he was cheating. I looked at him and there was no way he weighed 120kg. This guy is a drug addict and has needles all over his body, just like all the other cheaters. And they should be in court for it. If they are doped, they should lose all their money because, if I die there in the octagon, who will take care of my family?”, Hunt told the website “MarkHunt.tv”.
According to the heavyweight, the punishment “in the pocket” is fair for fighters who are caught 'cheating'. “It's only fair that if a guy gets caught cheating that he doesn't get paid. I'm putting my life at risk by entering the octagon and all I ask for is a more balanced fight”, concluded Hunt, who received a US$700 purse for his fight against Brock Lesnar.
