It took 10 days, but Ronda Rousey returned to using social media after the defeat to Amanda nunes at UFC 207, held on December 30, in Las Vegas (USA). Through her Instagram, the former women's bantamweight champion published a quote from British writer J. K Rowling, author of the famous Harry Potter series.

“And rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life”, says the photo posted by Ronda, which, to date, has received more than 309 thousand likes.

As expected, the publication received thousands of comments – more than 15 thousand so far -, but one in particular caught our attention. The Brazilian Chris Cyborg, who in recent years has nurtured a rivalry with the North American, left a message of support for the fighter.

"Ronda Rousey, I was sad to see the sports star lose, but you have so much ahead of you and you are blessed with the financial security you have to pursue all of your passions. You opened the doors to more promotions and became a sports icon. Enjoy the next chapter of your life and know that you will have incredible opportunities to continue changing the world,” wrote Cyborg.
