Cyborg is removed from the UFC rankings and Brazilian debuts in heavyweight

After being notified of a possible failure in an anti-doping test carried out by USADA (US Anti-Doping Agency), Chris Cyborg was removed from the UFC's weight-for-pound rankings. The Brazilian was in 11th place, alongside her compatriot Amanda nunes, women's bantamweight champion. With Cyborg's departure, the former champion Luke Rockhold returned to the ranking, appearing in 15th.

Another athlete removed from the top 15 was heavyweight Josh Barnett, who was 6th on the category list and was also caught in an anti-doping test carried out by USADA. With the departure of the “Baby-faced Assassin”, Brazilian Luis Henrique KLB benefited and entered the top 15 in the division for the first time, appearing in 15th place.
