The UFC on Fox 23 card, scheduled for January 28th, in Denver (USA), added another fight. This is a duel between Donald Cerrone e Jorge masvidal, valid for welterweight weight (up to 77kg). The information is from the North American website 'MMA Fighting'.

Cerrone, 5th in the category ranking, is known for always staying very active and not refusing opponents. The “Cowboy” comes from four consecutive victories, all via the fast track – the most recent was last Saturday (10), when he knocked out Matt Brown at UFC 206, in Toronto (CAN). Of the last 15 times he stepped into the octagon, he won 13, being beaten only twice, both times by the Brazilian Rafael dos Anjos. In total, there are 23 fights in Ultimate, with 19 wins and four losses, in addition to 12 performance bonuses for the night.
Masvidal is also coming off a recent victory. He knocked out Jake Eilenberger at TUF Finale 24, held on the 10th. At 32 years old, Gamebred is 15th in the division and is looking to achieve his third positive result in the organization. In the UFC since 2013, he has had 12 fights at home, with eight wins and four setbacks. He has already beaten names like Michael chiesa, Cezar Mutant e Tim means.
The main fight of UFC on Fox will be between bantamweights Valentina Shevchenko e Julianna Pena. The clashes between aljamain sterling x Raphael Assunção e Hector Lombard x Brad Tavares are also confirmed on the show.
