Anderson Silva He is going through, by far, his worst phase inside the Octagon: he hasn't known what it's like to win since October 2012, when he knocked out Stephan bonnar at UFC 153. Since then, there have been four defeats and one fight without result. The bad phase, however, does not seem to change the former champion's good mood, who continues to post positive videos and messages on his social networks.
Through his Instagram account, Anderson published a video where he appears dancing funk alongside his children, recording the moment of relaxation with his family. In the caption, he also left a positive message for his fans.
“My people, have a great week for everyone, remembering that being happy for no reason is the most authentic form of happiness. There is no one way to be happy. Happiness is the way. Longing. Kakau & Ka I love you”, he wrote.
Without fighting since July this year, when he was defeated by Daniel Cormier at UFC 200, Anderson Silva There is still no date for his return to the octagon. At 41 years old, he has a professional record with 33 wins, eight losses and one fight without result.
