Shortly after making history at UFC 205, last Saturday (12), Conor McGregor celebrated in an unusual and controversial way. The Irishman, now champion of both the featherweight and lightweight divisions of Ultimate, went to a nightclub in New York (USA) and sang a rap against the president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump.

As soon as the song “Fuck Donald Trump” started playing at the venue, McGregor and his friends celebrated and started singing. During the presidential campaign, McGregor stated that he did not sympathize with either Trump's ideas or those of his competitor, Hillary Clinton.

McGregor won the UFC lightweight belt by knocking out Eddie Alvarez in the second round in New York. In December last year, the Irishman took home the featherweight title by also knocking out José Aldo.
