Not long before the historic UFC 205, an event that will take place this Saturday (12) and will mark the debut of MMA in New York City (USA). For the first time in Ultimate, three belts will be contested on the same night.

In the main fight of the card, lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez puts his belt on the line against the featherweight champion Conor McGregor. If he wins, the Irishman will become the first fighter to win two UFC titles simultaneously. In the second most important attraction of the show, the welterweight champion Tyron woodley face the challenger Stephen Thompson, while the Polish Joanna Jedrzejczyk e Karolina Kowalkiewicz duel for the organization's strawweight belt.
In addition to title disputes, the event will also feature three former champions: Chris Weidman, Miesha Tate e Frankie Edgar. Brazil will be represented by fighters Rafael Natal, Thiago Pitbull e Vincent Luque. Names like Yoel romero, Donald Cerrone e Khabib Nurmagomedov are also confirmed.
