UFC 207, an event that will take place in Las Vegas on December 30th, won another title fight. And it will be in the bantamweight category (up to 61kg), with the champion Dominick Cruz facing the undefeated cody garbrandt in the second most important attraction of the night. In the main fight of the event, the Brazilian Amanda nunes defends the women's bantamweight belt against Ronda Rousey.

Dominick, 31 years old, regained the category belt in January this year, when he overcame TJ Dillashaw in the judges' split decision. Afterwards, he defended Urijah faber at UFC 199 in June. The Dominador, as he is known, had already won the inaugural bantamweight title in 2011, but, after three defenses, he was removed from his post due to numerous injuries that kept him away from the octagon for almost three years. With 22 wins and just one loss in his career, he won the five fights he had in Ultimate.

PUBLICITY:

Garbrandt, in turn, will compete for a world title in MMA for the first time. At 25 years old, he doesn't know what it's like to lose in his career: there are ten triumphs in ten fights. In the UFC, he already has five wins, four of which by knockout, including one over the Brazilian prospect Thomas almeida, in May this year. In his most recent performance, he needed just 48 seconds to dispatch Japanese Takeya Mizugaki.
