UFC president Dana White was surprised by the complaints from Anderson Silva, who recently stated that he felt “sad and disappointed” with the treatment he received from the organization. The director responded by saying that the Brazilian fighter has no reason to complain.

Last week, “Spider” revealed that he did not receive “not even a 'thank you'” from the UFC for agreeing to replace Jon Jones at UFC 200 in July. At the time, the Brazilian accepted the fight two days in advance and ended up defeated by Daniel Cormier, light heavyweight champion, in the judges' decision.

For White, Anderson is complaining without reason. “I'll tell you this: there are probably some guys who can come up and say they feel mistreated [by the UFC]. Anderson Silva He's not one of those guys. It is true? This is a guy who is far from being mistreated. Far from being mistreated”, he emphasized, in an interview with the North American broadcaster “FOX Sports”.

Anderson still doesn't know when he will return to fight for the UFC. The Brazilian revealed that he was invited by Ultimate to be on standby to replace Michael Bisping ou Dan Henderson for the belt, at UFC 204, if necessary.
