The WFC Pretorian will hold its second edition on Gaucho soil this evening. After passing through Gramado in 2009, it's time for the city of Pelotas to be the stage for the organization that has been revealing new talents to the national MMA scene every year.
Due to problems in the Rio – Porto Alegre connection, Rio's Felipe “Mongo”, Bruno “Mão” and Paulo “Rambinho” were replaced on the event card by the Gauchos Ariel Jaged, Clayton “Rocket” e Christiano “Psychopath". In one of the three international clashes of the night, the “home team” Leandro “Gordo” will measure forces with the Peruvian Jackson Moura in his return to the octagon after almost two years of inactivity.
“Psychopath” will face Gabriel Soule to rekindle the old rivalry between Brazilians and Argentines, while “Foguete” will fight against the Uruguayan Sebastian La Torre. Also noteworthy is a tribute to the former UFC fighter Maiquel Falcao, a local athlete who recently signed a contract with the Colosseo Fighting Championship.
