Away from the Octagon since February 2010 due to a knee injury, Wanderlei Silva returns to combat against the North American Chris Leben at UFC 132, an event that takes place on July 2nd, in Las Vegas, in the United States.
Willing to achieve a two-fight winning streak for the first time in the UFC, Wand sought to improve his training and was part of his preparation at Kings MMA, together with master Rafael Cordeiro, his teacher during his time at the Chute Boxe academy, in Curitiba, and beasts like Fabrício Werdum, André Dida and Renato “Babalu” Sobral.
“You have no idea how much motivation you brought, not only to me, but to everyone here when training with us,” Werdum said to Wand.
