With just one day left until the show's official weigh-in, Cyborg needs to weigh 63,5kg, with a tolerance of one pound, which would be 64kg. The fighter revealed that she still needs to lose a lot of weight, but claims that everything will work out in the end.

“I had a problem with my weight in this camp, as I didn't reach the weight I always reach. I'm a little heavier. Whether we like it or not, this affects the athlete. You train a lot, sometimes you retain fluid, I started taking the pill, which my nutritionist said would help me… My menstrual period is very difficult. I was even talking about it, I was having PMS, I said more than I should have. There's a long way to go, but everything will be fine, I trust my team and my nutritionist. I'm still fine, the war will be at night. It's a secret mission (the weight), we're not talking about it. I can’t tell you, only tomorrow”, said Cris during the “Media Day” interviews, held this Thursday (22).

Asked about the change in weigh-in time – in Curitiba, the official weigh-in took place in the late afternoon, while this time the weight will have to be weighed in the morning –, Cyborg saw positive and negative points in the new scenario. “It will be a little difficult, it will be from 8 am to 10 am, before I would wake up in the morning and miss the rest. We changed the strategy, however, we will have more time to recover. At the weigh-in for the public, I will be well, rehydrated. It’s a longer time,” she concluded.

The appearance in UFC Brasilia it will be Cris' second in the UFC. In her debut in the Octagon, the Brazilian – considered the greatest MMA fighter in history – ran over Leslie Smith and won by knockout in just 81 seconds.
