After being defeated in the five fights he had in 2010, the Brazilian athlete won his three fights this year, with his most recent victory coming last Saturday (23) via submission (rear naked choke) over Josh Torpe at Gladiator Cage Fights – Knockout Night 1.

In his last fight, Fickett submitted his compatriot Matt Veach with an armbar at MFC 28, which took place in February this year.
