José Aldo is in the final stages of preparation to face the Canadian Mark hominick at UFC 129, in his first featherweight title defense. From humble origins, the man from Manaus talks about the difficulties of training and reveals his dream of being a football player
“Every day I wake up at 8 am. I have a lot of motivation because of the difficulties I went through in the past. So waking up early for two or three months I don't see any problem”, said the black belt who dreamed of becoming a football player.
“I could even be a football player, but I think I lacked the opportunity, and there came a time when I discredited myself a little. Since the fight opened up the opportunity, I ran after this space”, he added.
