Cesar Gracie wants a fight between Nick Diaz and St. Pierre, but not now

the american Nick Diaz he put on a show last Saturday when he knocked out the Englishman Paul Daley and successfully defended the Strikeforce welterweight belt. Now, after the purchase of the Californian organization by the UFC, there is much speculation about a possible fight between Diaz and Georges St Pierre, category champion in Ultimate. But for Nick's coach, Brazilian Cesar Gracie, this duel could happen, but not in the near future, as Jake Shields, Diaz's training partner, will face the Ultimate belt holder at UFC 129, April 30, in Toronto.

“I would love to see him fight (Nick Diaz) against GSP, but I think his teammate (Jake Shields) who will take care of that first”, said Cesar in an interview with StudioMMA. The commander took advantage of the interview to reaffirm that if Shields beats St. Pierre, his athletes will not face each other.
