UFC president Dana White believes that the return of Ronda Rousey to the octagon will cause more public commotion than what happened in the rematch between Conor McGregor e Nate diaz.

Last Saturday (20), at UFC 202, McGregor and Diaz fought a fierce duel, with good moments for both athletes. The victory went to the Irishman in the judges' decision, and the fight resulted in the third biggest sales of pay-per-view of UFC history.
White, however, believes Ronda will provide even greater success. Asked about the matter on the radio program “The Herd”, the manager replied: “Yes [it will be bigger than McGregor x Diaz]. I think the return of Ronda Rousey will be the biggest pay-per-view that we have already done”, he bet.
The exact date of when Ronda will return to the Octagon is not yet known. According to the website of the North American broadcaster “FOX Sports”, a UFC partner in the United States, the former champion is negotiating to participate in the last event of 2016, on December 30, in Las Vegas (USA). According to White, it all depends on the fighter's physical condition.
“Ronda has had several minor surgeries, and she is still recovering. When she recovers, I'm considering her going to fight”, explained the manager.
Ronda's last appearance in the UFC was in November 2015. At the time, the American was surprised by Holly holm and, knocked out, lost the organization's women's bantamweight belt.
